Description
Using frozen cinnamon roll dough shortcuts this recipe. The butter, sugars, pecans and ice cream mixture that's baked with them makes them gooey-rich.

Ingredients
1 1/2 Sticks (3/4 cup) salted Butter
3/4 Cup granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 Cups chopped Pecans
6 Jumbo Frozen Cinnamon Rolls (I like Rhodes Brand)

Method
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, and Vanilla Ice Cream. Stir continuously until all ingredients have melted and blended. Pour chopped pecans in the bottom of a 9X13" baking pan. Place 6 Giant Frozen Cinnamon Rolls on top of the pecans. Pour warm caramel mixture over the top of the frozen rolls. Cover pan with foil and let stand in refrigerator overnight to rise. In the morning, remove from refrigerator, remove foil, and let stand while preheating oven to 350 degrees. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown. Flip hot rolls onto cookie sheet as soon as you take them out of the oven. Serve warm.
Notes: Extra caramel sauce may be served over scoops of ice cream. This recipe doubles and triples very well!
